1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are securely processed and prepared within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public bank holidays.

During seasonal periods or high-volume product launches, processing timelines may be slightly extended. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant, unexpected delay regarding your shipment, our compliance team will notify you directly via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

We provide premium shipping services across our active markets. Your delivery tiers are calculated automatically based on your order value and destination at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping thresholds and flat rates are dynamically applied based on your local currency and selection at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: If available for your region, upgraded delivery options and their respective rates will be displayed clearly during the final stage of checkout.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery windows commence immediately following the standard order processing and dispatch phase:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days.

  • Priority Express Shipping: 4–7 business days (if selected at checkout).

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days.

Please note that these timelines are conservative estimates. Actual delivery transit may occasionally be subject to local postal service schedules or standard regional routing variations.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon dispatch of your package from our fulfillment center, an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your official tracking identification metrics will be generated. Tracking numbers will become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can securely monitor your package using the tracking link provided or via our dedicated tracking portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shapelle strives to deliver a seamless shopping experience. For our primary delivery destinations, all prices displayed at checkout are fully inclusive of applicable local taxes and standard customs duties. You will not be subject to unexpected import surcharges or customs clearance bills upon delivery. For any international destinations where local regulations apply post-shipping, regional import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, or is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier, please contact our support department immediately at contact@shapellefit.com. To allow our logistics team to process a priority replacement claim, please retain all original packaging materials and clear photographic evidence of the damaged goods.
