REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact@shapellefit.com. Our support team typically responds within 24–48 hours with further instructions. If your return is accepted, we will provide details on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@shapellefit.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@shapellefit.com.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
